Impact of coronavirus on shipments

The Fire Scale Modeler continues to function and is customer-first and oriented towards pattern makers and hobbyist innovation, yet the new coronavirus pandemic has created unprecedented complexities that have required a constant re-evaluation of our operations with carriers.

Our highest priority is to help ensure the speed of delivery of orders from our customers nationally, Europe and the rest of the world, but we have seen some delays in deliveries, which for Fire Scale Modeler is not tolerable and we have been coming to two months to find solutions and finally found, we inform you that from this date we have several solutions where the customer chooses the one that suits him best.

National shipping services (mainland Portugal)

• - CTT Expresso 19 - Deliveries the next day until 7pm (Max. 30kg)
• - CTT Expresso 48 - Deliveries between 2 to 3 days max. 30kg
• - DHL Parcel - Delivery the next day until 7pm at home.
• - DPD - Delivery the next day until 7pm at home.

Europe

• CTT Expresso - Delivery between 3 to 15 days (it may take more than 30 to 60 days in some European countries)
• DHL - Delivery between 5-7 days at home.
• DPD - Delivery between 5-7 days at home.

Rest of the world

• CTT Expresso - Delivery between 7 to 30 days (It may take approximately 3 months in some countries, due to quarantine and customs clearance time)
