Order Reservation:
- Items in Stock: The reservation of items available in stock is guaranteed within 5 working days. After this period, articles will be released and availability cannot be guaranteed. If you are unable to collect the items within this period, we recommend making payment to guarantee your reservation. You can request the preferred payment method.
- Out of stock items: The availability of out of stock items will be guaranteed up to 5 working days after receiving notification of their arrival. After this period, articles will be released and availability cannot be guaranteed. If you are unable to collect the items within this period, we recommend making payment to guarantee your reservation. You may request a preferred payment method.
Shipping costs:
Orders placed online or otherwise for delivery will be subject to additional shipping charges. The values can be consulted here.
Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution (RAL):
In the event of a dispute, the consumer can appeal to the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center. More information is available at www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt or by calling 218 80 70 30. For online consumer disputes, you can use the ODR Platform (Online Dispute Resolution) to resolve issues related to sales contracts or online services.
Guarantees:
- New Articles: We are authorized agents of the brands we sell, thus guaranteeing official support and guarantee of the brand, without intermediaries. Warranty conditions vary depending on the manufacturer.
- Used Items: All used items undergo a rigorous inspection before sale. We guarantee these items for one year from the date of sale for defects not identified at the time of purchase. Problems arising from normal wear and tear or misuse are excluded.
General application:
You can only make purchases on our website if you are over 18 years old.
When placing an order, the customer declares that they intend to purchase the products sold by Fire Scale Modeler.
Exchanges and Returns:
Consult Decree-Law DL 24/2014 available in Returns and Refunds to find out how to proceed in case of dissatisfaction with the purchase. For exchanges or returns, contact us within 14 days of receiving the items to obtain information about the process. Do not send articles without prior contact, as they will not be accepted.
Conditions for return:
Items must be in good condition, without signs of use, with original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.
We do not accept returns on personalized items or items ordered especially for the customer.
The refund of the amount excludes postage or other expenses.
Returns are made after technical verification of the product.
Damage and technical problems:
If you receive a damaged package, check the contents upon delivery and inform the carrier. In case of damage to items, please contact us.
For technical problems, contact us to resolve them by phone, email or in our showroom. If necessary, the item will be sent to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
