🖌 Instructions for Use – Fire Scale Acrylic (New Formula) 🖌
1️⃣ Surface Preparation
✔ Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or residue.
✔ For better adhesion, it is recommended to apply over a suitable primer.
2️⃣ Shake Before Use
✔ Shake the bottle well for 1 minute before use to ensure proper pigment mixing.
3️⃣ Brush Application
✔ Ready to use – can be applied directly.
✔ Apply in thin, even layers, avoiding excessive paint to preserve fine details.
✔ For improved flow, it can be diluted with Fire Scale Acrylic Thinner.
4️⃣ Airbrush Application
✔ Ready to use, but can be diluted up to 10-20% with Fire Scale Acrylic Thinner.
✔ Recommended pressure: 15-20 PSI (1-1.5 bar).
✔ Apply in thin, even coats, allowing each layer to dry before applying the next.
5️⃣ Drying Time
✔ Touch dry: 10-15 minutes.
✔ Recoat time: 30 minutes (depending on layer thickness).
✔ Fully cured: 24 hours for maximum durability.
6️⃣ Cleaning & Maintenance
✔ After use, immediately clean brushes and airbrushes with Fire Scale Acrylic Cleaner or warm water.
✔ For dried residues, use a dedicated acrylic paint cleaner.
