Rules for the "Fire Scale Modeler Model of the Month" Contest

1. Contest Objective

The monthly "Fire Scale Model of the Month" contest aims to recognize, showcase, and reward the best modeling projects created using Fire Scale Modeler products, encouraging creativity, technical skill, and the effective use of Fire Scale materials among modelers.

2. Participation Requirements

Who can participate:
Any modeler, from any country, who uses Fire Scale Modeler products in their submitted project.

Eligible models:
Participants can submit completed pieces from any modeling category, such as:

• Vehicles: Cars, motorcycles, trucks, buses, etc. (e.g., Porsche 911 GT3, Scania R620).
• Dioramas and scenes: Creative representations of workshops, races, or urban environments.
• Custom miniatures: Hot Wheels, Slot Cars, and Diecast models with personalized designs.
• Figures and busts: Human miniatures, fantasy characters, or sci-fi creations (e.g., superhero busts, Wargame miniatures). Sci-fi models: Spaceships, robots (e.g., Gundam, Star Wars).
• Aircraft and boats: Planes, helicopters, ships, or submarines.

Technical requirements:
Models must be fully completed. Works in progress or unfinished entries will not be accepted. Entries must use Fire Scale Modeler products, such as:

Paints (solid colors, metallics, fluorescents, etc.). Varnishes (matte, gloss, or satin finishes). Accessories like primers, thinners, or additives.

3. How to Enter

Participation process:
Submit up to 5 high-quality photos of the model, showing different angles and details. Include a project description detailing:
Model name. Fire Scale Modeler products used. A brief explanation of techniques applied.

Submission period:
Submissions are accepted between the 1st and 20th of each month.

Where to submit:
Send your entry to geral@firescalemodeler.com or via the brand's official WhatsApp.

4. Evaluation Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated by the Fire Scale Modeler Ambassador Team based on the following criteria:

Painting quality:
Finish, uniformity, detailing, and realism.

Creativity:
Original use of colors, innovative techniques, and artistic approach.

Use of Fire Scale Modeler products:
Proper application and visual impact of Fire Scale paints, varnishes, or accessories.

Presentation:
Quality of submitted photos and clarity of the project description.

5. Prizes

Monthly winner:
A 20% discount coupon for use in the Fire Scale Modeler online store. Special recognition on the brand’s social media and website. Automatic entry into the "Fire Scale Model of the Year" contest.

Annual winner:
Featured as the cover model in the official Fire Scale Modeler calendar. Special prize:
An exclusive Alpha Model kit or free shipping for 3 months in the online store.

6. Terms and Conditions

Usage rights:
By entering, participants grant Fire Scale Modeler the right to use submitted images for:
Promotions on social media and the official website. Advertising in digital or print campaigns. Inclusion in the official Fire Scale Modeler calendar.

Disqualification:
Entries that do not use Fire Scale Modeler products. Incomplete models or those that fail to meet the eligibility criteria.

Final decision:
The decision of the evaluation team is final and cannot be appealed.
